DELIVERY & RETURNS

SECTION 1 – DELIVERY POLICY

Once payment has been confirmed and items are available, orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched from our warehouse. An invoice number will be emailed to you upon shipment.

You can expect delivery of your items within 3-5 business days after placing your order. Please ensure you provide a daytime physical address for delivery to ensure accuracy. Currently, we only offer delivery within South Africa.

By purchasing from us, you enter a legal agreement, and your right to a refund for any amounts charged to your credit card or paid through other methods is subject to our terms and conditions.

By making a payment, it is assumed that you have read and understood the relevant terms and conditions related to your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before completing any transactions on this website.

SECTION 2 – DELIVERY CHARGE

Delivery fees will be indicated as applicable to your order and location.

We will use Pargo for shipping. It is crucial to provide the correct shipping address at the outset, as ownership and risk will transfer to you once the order has left our facility.

SECTION 3 – UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Sometimes, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable. In these instances, we will make every effort to contact you to arrange for re-shipment.

SECTION 4 – RETURNS POLICY

General returns and refunds:

You may return “non-promotional/sale” items within 10 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

For hygiene reasons, items returned must be unused and unopened.

Returns must be made in their original packaging and in the condition they were received.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

A processing fee of 3.85% will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will only be processed after we have received the returned items.

Return and refund on sale items:

Products purchased at a discount cannot be returned or refunded.

Return on damaged products:

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused if this happens. We inspect all items before dispatch, but they can unfortunately sustain damage during shipping. Please email us at returns@bodikareco.com if you believe your products have been significantly damaged or are defective. We will do our utmost to assist you.
